Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Bundlefic processes information when a Shopify merchant installs or uses the Bundlefic app.

Information we process

• Shopify store information required to install and operate the app, including the store domain and granted access scopes.
• Bundle configuration selected by the merchant, including Shopify product and variant identifiers, quantities, pricing rules, and storefront display data.
• Privacy-friendly app activity such as bundle views and add-to-cart events. Where analytics consent is required, these events are sent only when Shopify indicates that analytics processing is allowed.
• Technical records needed for security, webhook reliability, and troubleshooting, such as webhook identifiers and hashed identifiers.

Information we do not collect

This release does not request customer, order, or payment scopes. It does not store raw customer names, email addresses, postal addresses, or payment card details.

How information is used

We use information to create and maintain Shopify native bundle products, render the merchant-configured storefront block, provide aggregate bundle activity, secure the service, and respond to support requests.

Sharing and service providers

Information is processed through Shopify and the infrastructure used to host Bundlefic and its database. We do not sell personal information or use merchant data for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

App data is retained while needed to provide Bundlefic and meet legal or security obligations. Shopify compliance requests are authenticated before processing. When Shopify sends the required shop redaction webhook, Bundlefic deletes the shop record, sessions, bundles, and related app data from its active database.

Your choices and rights

Merchants can uninstall Bundlefic through Shopify Admin. Privacy and access questions can be sent to hello@pixelfic.com.

We may update this policy as Bundlefic changes. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
